Aurora Material Solutions Appoints Juan Bravo as Business Development and Technology Manager for Rigid Specialties

STREETSBORO – JUNE 12, 2025  – Aurora Material Solutions announces the appointment of Juan Bravo as business development and technology manager for rigid specialties.

In this role, Bravo will provide technical and commercial support to meet sales and profitability goals of new specialty rigid Aurora compounds. He will work with customers to translate their unmet needs into functional technical requirements, collaborate with our internal technical team and technology alliance partners to develop new products, and provide crucial support to both our sales and manufacturing operations.

Bravo brings extensive expertise in polymer processing, formulation development and commercialization. Prior to joining Aurora, he worked for Cruz Foam in Santa Cruz, California, where he most recently served as senior director of technology/operations. He has also worked for Struktol Company of America, Ferro Corporation, Trim-Tex, Alloyd Compan, and Arlington Mills in various technical and management roles.

Bravo holds a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from the University of Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico. He is a respected innovator, having co-authored multiple patents in polymer and foam technologies.
