Sales Director – Engineered Thermoplastics (ETP)
Mission:
The Sales Director will lead and grow the sales team, develop effective sales strategies and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while exceeding volume and profitability targets. Will be strongly customer-focused and be the voice of the customer internally. Will maintain relationships with key customers. The Sales Director also plays a key role in developing and launching new products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales management
- 10+ years of experience in the plastics industry
- Strong track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing a sales AOP target
- Strong track record exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment
Outcomes:
- Generate annual growth in sales volume & margin dollars, propelling EBITDA and value creation.
- Focus on new business development, while managing core account management
- Minimize erosion and help cultivate long lasting customers relationships
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team:
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Use our CRM to track and analyze the sales performance of the team
- Develop and implement sales training programs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Increase long-term customer partnerships and contracts
- Drive pricing excellence and the realization and execution of price increases when needed
- Expand Aurora Material Solution’s market share in key markets:
- Launch and successfully market new products and services
- Execute on opportunities identified by market research and leads
- Represent Aurora Material Solutions at industry events and trade shows
