Sales Director – Engineered Thermoplastics (ETP)

Mission:

The Sales Director will lead and grow the sales team, develop effective sales strategies and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while exceeding volume and profitability targets. Will be strongly customer-focused and be the voice of the customer internally. Will maintain relationships with key customers. The Sales Director also plays a key role in developing and launching new products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales management
  • 10+ years of experience in the plastics industry
  • Strong track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing a sales AOP target
  • Strong track record exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment

Outcomes:

  • Generate annual growth in sales volume & margin dollars, propelling EBITDA and value creation.
  • Focus on new business development, while managing core account management
  • Minimize erosion and help cultivate long lasting customers relationships
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team:
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
  • Use our CRM to track and analyze the sales performance of the team
  • Develop and implement sales training programs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Increase long-term customer partnerships and contracts
  • Drive pricing excellence and the realization and execution of price increases when needed
  • Expand Aurora Material Solution’s market share in key markets:
    • Launch and successfully market new products and services
    • Execute on opportunities identified by market research and leads
    • Represent Aurora Material Solutions at industry events and trade shows
