Aurora Material Solutions announces the appointment of Alex Magid as Midwest regional sales manager.

In this role, Magid will be responsible for driving business development across Aurora’s account portfolio.

Magid brings deep experience in sales, account management and technical marketing within the specialty polymers and chemical industries. Prior to joining Aurora, she was an account manager at Westlake Corporation in Houston, Texas, overseeing the company’s portfolio of PVC products. She has also held roles with Dow Chemical Company and Solvay.

Magid holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and a business foundations certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
