Aurora Material Solutions Appoints New Regional Sales Manager

STREETSBORO – August 28, 2026  – Aurora Material Solutions announces the appointment of Rusty (Thomas) Seymour as regional sales manager, distribution.

In this role, Seymour will manage and grow relationships with key distribution partners and build distributor sales pipelines. He will strive to expand channel volume, drive market penetration, and facilitate the launch of new products with a particular focus on engineered thermoplastics.

Seymour has nearly 10 years of experience in plastics and polymer sales across distribution, direct, and OEM channels. Prior to joining Aurora, he worked at LyondellBasell, where he most recently served as account manager on their distribution team. He has also held roles as business development  manager at A. Schulman and territory manager at Trivalence Technologies.

Seymour holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, IN.
