Aurora Material Solutions Appoints Brian Bejcek as Regional Sales Manager

STREETSBORO – MAY 8, 2025 – Aurora Material Solutions announces the appointment of Brian Bejcek as regional sales manager.

In this role, Bejcek is responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management and developing new business opportunities that are aligned with the company’s vision. Brian will deliver strong customer support to drive customer growth while simultaneously developing new specifications with OEMs and molders. By balancing relationship nurturing with technical innovation, he will expand our market presence and revenue opportunities throughout his territory, creating sustainable value for both customers and our organization.

Bejcek has successful experience in selling into distribution channels, OEMs and direct customers. He has a proven record of year-over-year growth in multimillion dollar pipelines. Prior to joining Aurora Material Solutions, he worked at EMS Chemie (Grivory) North America in Chicago, IL, where he most recently served as distribution manager. He has also worked for PolyOne/Avient and EcoLab & Rogan Corporation.

Bejcek holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Oregon State University and plastics engineering certificate from the American Injection Molding Institute.
